 🛕

Shibamata Taishakuten, formally known as Keieizan Daikyoji, is a Nichiren Buddhist temple and one of the Seven Lucky Gods of Shibamata.

It is famous as a god with benefits for protection against misfortune and recovery from illness. The nearest station to Shibamata Taishakuten is Shibamata Station on the Keisei Line.

The temple grounds are very beautiful, with the Taishakudo Hall, which enshrines a wooden statue of Nichiren Shonin, the Nitenmon Gate made of all zelkova wood, the 150-tsubo Great Guest Hall, and the famous scenic garden Suikeien.
